In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, supporting an ever-expanding client base and ensuring our services and products reach the right audiences.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director and working closely with the senior team, your contribution will be invaluable. You’ll refine and lead our growth marketing strategy, creating a detailed schedule and using a test-and-learn approach to continuously improve our efforts.


  • Elevating our reputation as a leading technical partner and digital product studio within our target sectors.
  • Supporting the increase of inbound enquiries from existing accounts and referral generation through client communications. 
  • Executing against our comprehensive content strategy, overseeing industry articles, thought leadership materials, podcasts and case studies etc. 
  • Managing paid digital channel partners and collaborating with PR partners to generate compelling, newsworthy stories.
  • Creating and maintaining a consistent social media calendar and social media presence across the board in relation to ongoing studio activity. 
  • Supporting the organisation of thought leadership and client social events as well as identifying and putting the directors forward for speaking opportunities and relevant networking events.
  • Supporting the senior team in elevating their personal brand and viewpoints through content support.
  • Analysing and reporting on the effectiveness and ROI of all marketing activity and campaigns with partners and against social reports. 

The must haves…

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Incredibly organised and diligent in managing projects / marketing activities.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an agency or B2B services business.
  • A good understanding of web, technology, and digital transformation (bonus).
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing activity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in managing social media and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Creative mindset with a knack for generating compelling written and visual content.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude is an absolute key.
